Government Scholarships

State and Central Schemes

Eligible students enrolled at Pragati Education Society institutions can avail themselves of various scholarship and freeship schemes provided by the Government of India and the Government of Maharashtra.

Reserved Categories

Post Matric Scholarships and Freeships for students belonging to SC, ST, VJNT, OBC, and SBC categories.

Minority Students

State Minority Scholarships for students pursuing higher and professional education.

EBC Concession

Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Shulkh Shishyavrutti Scheme (EBC) for economically weaker sections.

Specialized Schemes

Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Hostel Maintenance Allowance and scholarships for wards of ex-servicemen/teachers.

MahaDBT Portal

Application Guidelines

All applications for Government of Maharashtra scholarships must be processed online through the official MahaDBT portal.

    Registration Register on the MahaDBT portal using your Aadhaar number. Ensure your mobile number is linked to your Aadhaar.

    Profile Creation Complete your profile by uploading valid documents (Caste Certificate, Income Certificate, Domicile, etc.).
  • 3
    Scheme Application Apply for the relevant scheme. The college will scrutinize the application and forward it to the concerned department.

Deadline Notice

Students must strictly adhere to the deadlines set by the government for new applications and renewals. The college office posts these dates on the notice board.
